In Lancaster, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Pennsylvania vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Lancaster is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lancaster follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The service and the communication was great! Jay greeted me and walked me step by step of what was being done to my CRV. I honestly felt like a valued customer, eventhough it was my first time there. Definitely recommend this location!

Used to drive out of my way nearly 40 min to go to the manheim pike location in Lancaster out of preference for years even took my previous car there thats why its disappointing to have to leave this review now I will not be returning to this location after I came in for an oil change and an inspection and they did not put my hubcaps back on correctly to my 2018 honda civic that was in great condition but now looks like I have a spare tire on it because after leaving one flew off. Now we have been playing phone tag for nearly a week. This customer service on getting this problem resolved has been genuinely terrible. Nobody seems to care that my car now looks like shit and that hubcaps arent cheap. While I understand that no one is perfect and accidents happen, I trusted that my vehicle was being handled with care and competence. These are mistakes that should not occur during routine service. and the urgency to resolve the issue has now only escalated my frustration. Nothing says “convenience” quite like being inconvenienced at a place that’s supposed to be convenient. Thanks.

Got full service done here around 2pm, my car broke down by 6pm after being told everything looked good under the hood. Had to pay almost $300 for a tow and now I have to pay around $500 for a new radiator. I believe they messed something up and I have filed a claim. I was not having any overheating issues with my car before I went here. Just be careful!

These guys worked quickly and efficiently the entire time. There were 5 cars ahead of me, and one man communicated to me through my wait time about how the progress of the cars ahead of me were doing so I knew I wouldn’t be waiting too long. My car was in and out of Bay 2 in less than 30. Mad love to Valvoline and their staff!

I have been getting inspections and oil changes here for years now. The team is exciting, funny, always in a good mood. Jay, Henry & Keoddi are always on point…as well as everyone I run into that’s on the staff. Service is quick, clean and done right…with a smile. You don’t find that anymore so it’s appreciated. Communication in the service bay is top notch. They’re honest, consistent, clean and prices are worth the service alone. I recommend you come by and see for yourself! Hope the team they have now lasts a long time. #Valvoline @valvolineinstantoilchange better take good care of these guys and gals.
